PM Strategies provides instructor-led PMP and CAPM exam preparation services, enrollment operations, and related support resources.

3. Participant Information Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
• You should use the same email across PMI.org and PM Strategies checkout/contact forms for reliable enrollment processing.

4. Payments and Enrollment

• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Enrollment confirmation depends on successful payment processing.
• Cohort availability may be limited by seat counts and course status.
• If a cohort is marked full/closed, checkout for that cohort is blocked.

5. Refunds and Changes

Refund and transfer eligibility is determined by PM Strategies policy communicated to students at enrollment or by direct support communication.

6. PMI Materials and Third-Party Platforms

Official PMI materials and license-dependent assets are delivered through PMI systems after instructor assignment and eligibility checks. PM Strategies does not control PMI platform availability or third-party service outages.

7. Intellectual Property

All PM Strategies site content, course materials, branding, and instructional assets are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written authorization.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site or services, interfere with operations, or attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or payment flows.

PM Strategies provides exam preparation training and guidance. Certification outcomes are not guaranteed and depend on individual student effort, preparedness, and external certification body requirements.
